The Atterbury Sportsman Club dedicates its time and efforts to the delivery of quality outdoor experiences that focus on education, fellowship, and comradery. We do this while promoting sportsmanship in the form of hunting and fishing in a lawful and ethical manner.

Our club membership reach extends to both military and civilian members.

Wounded Hero Hunt

Founded in 2010, Camp Atterbury sponsors the annual fall deer and spring turkey hunt with the primary purpose of facilitating mental healing.

The intent of the Camp Atterbury Wounded Hero Hunt is to offer wounded veterans an experience that will last a lifetime.

Youth Hunts

The Camp Atterbury Youth Hunt Program was established in 2011 with only a couple club members working to organizing hunts for just a handful of youth hunters. It has since grown into something more than just a hunt, with participation numbers more than tripling over the past few years….
